Do you provide receipts?Yes we do upon arrival or via email just send us an email after pick up at DONATENYC@ALLOFUSCLOTHING.ORG

I put something out in error?Your generosity is very important to us, once items are put out for a pickup All Of Us Clothing is not responsible for loss or damage to the items. In addition, please keep in mind that items put out in error cannot be returned. Please check things before putting out and ensure items are away from bags or packages you do not want picked up.

I will not be available, Can I leave items out?Yes, items can be left in the lobby, porch or front desk. Please leave the details in the location message section when you are booking a pickup.

Is there a minimum or maximum for pickup?There is no max or min amount .Just if you have large amount please let us know upon scheduling approximately how many bags or boxes so we can ensure we make space in our trucks.

How do I pack items?Bags are preferred, though boxes are fine.

Do you accept furniture or large appliances?Unfortunately we do not accept furniture or large appliances.
